Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Combine ground beef, 1 cup sauce, green pepper, oats, 1/2 cup cheese, eggs, salt and black pepper in large bowl. Shape into loaf in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan. Top with 1 cup sauce.
Bake uncovered 50 minutes. Sprinkle top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Remove to serving platter and serve with remaining sauce, heated.
