Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a 2-quart baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes, onions, olive oil, salt & pepper, ½ sauce, 2 Tbsp. Parmesan. Repeat layers. Cover with foil.
Bake 50 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Remove foil, add 2 Tbsp. of cheese.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
